Yield: 1 Quarts

1/3	c	Red wine vinegar
1/2	ts	Dry mustard
1/2	ts	;Sugar
1	ts	;Black pepper
1/2	ts	;White pepper
1/2	ts	;Salt
1	tb	Parsley; minced
2	ts	Garlic; minced
4	c	Canola salad oil

Mix the dry ingredients with the vinegar. Add minced parsley and garlic and blend in the oil. Refrigerate.
